I want to have xpadder keep a key held after 1 click of right stick until I click the right stick again to release key? is this possible?

Yes, it's possible. You'll want to set that button to "Toggle". Here's one way you can do it:

1. Click on the button you want to set to "Toggle". Click on "Advanced...", and then click on the Toggle tab. Click the box under Enabled. Hit "OK" at the bottom (and make sure your button is assigned to what you want it to be).

Test this by going back to your profile. Hit the button you just set to Toggle. If it remains lit after you click it once, then you correctly set it to Toggle. Click the button again to release the toggle.
