Hello,
I solved the problem by right clicking on the game and going to properties and making the game by making it compatibe with Windows XP or by checking the box "run as an adminstrator". Anyway the Xpadder works with the game now.

Hello, I downloaded some updates to Windows Vista last night and now XPadder does not work with Hearts of Iron 3.
