You need to configure those buttons.. Go back to the step where you had to push a button to setup the controller.. The bumpers and the analog clicks are registered as a button press.. So when you go back to that setup section, hit the bumpers... Then click each analog stick.. The box for the button ...

What game are you trying to play? Also check and see if the game has built in controller detection... disable the game controller detection... Then your Xpadder config should work.. You may also try to just load the game with your controller unplugged. Then after the game has loaded, plug the contro...
