I followed the instructions, recompiled mame and now have a nice and fully functioning xpadder and mame combo!

The tutorial is still valid, you just need to point to the latest compiler 32bit that's all.

I'm running xpadder as admin and have mapped the keys 1 5 and esc in order for my xbox controller to work in mame 1.47
the problem is that it seems mame is not responding when I press the buttons. notepad works fine (1 and 5 are pressed). Anything I can do?
