Double Tap Binding

I might be missing something but It doesn't seem like you can bind a key to a double tapping of a button.
Like in Cave Story, I would like to bind up up to jump, but I can't figure out how I would go about doing that.
Is it possible, or is it a feature that might be added in the future?
