Nevermind, its working now. I had to set it from .02 to .05

Yes it would work the same way with arrow key. But when you need it for forward and backward, you need to change the set when moving the stick to on direction to change to a own set when tapping the stick for each direction. Actually it should work this way, I think that the key press time and the pauses of only 0.02s are too short.
