What controller image are you trying to download?

To me that sounds like an odd setup two gamepads daisy chained. I would 1. Take apart the pad that the USB cord goes to fist identify and disconnect the second pad from the circuit board leaving the first the only one on the USB cord. 2. Toss it in the garbage and get a known name brand gamepad.
