MASS EFFECT 2 profile doesn't work in game

As from title, I pasted a mass effect2 profile took from the section of the forum and saved then when I'm in game the profile doesn't work

Just work the lift stick for movement, right stick for camera and right trigger for selection

What should I do to make it work?
