Question about a tap or hold sequence

Is it possible to have a button press 1 on tap and begin a toggled repeating sequence num1,num1,num1.... on hold?

i can do both parts of this just fine but not sure if/how to combine into one button and not have both the 1 and the sequence get toggled.
