This is the thing though, it's not as if the sprint function wasn't working correctly. It's working fine without the "hold" addition. It's the other functions that haven't been working here. How do you create a button in the center of the D-pad for when you need to depress it?

Oh, okay, that's what "set" is for.

In the game, the A button controls both Active Sprint and Use. However, in the keyboard, Active Sprint is controlled by the shift key while Use is controlled by the space bar.

Depends what you want. You can use the sets feature to make up to eight assignments per button. You switch between sets by clicking one of the numbered set buttons on the lower right of the main Xpadder window. Then you assign a button to select the set by right clicking the button and follow the "...
