Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
I also notice that the toggles aren't working which is why I had asked before whether you had to click some box to "activate" the second set of assignments simultaneously?

Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
This is the thing though, it's not as if the sprint function wasn't working correctly. It's working fine without the "hold" addition. It's the other functions that haven't been working here. The ones controlled by space bar. However, the impression you're giving me is that you have to add the "hold"...

Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
[quote="tsukij I'm afraid I haven't played Backlist so I don't know how the active sprint and use buttons work. does one of them need to be held down in order to work? or do they both just need to be tapped during context sensitive situations? if you could explain in detail how you need the A button...

Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
Also, do you have to do something to activate both sets at once? Cause in-game, the features controled by shift are working when I press the A button, but the stuff controlled by space bar is still unresponsive.

Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
How do you create a button in the center of the D-pad for when you need to depress it?
So far it's only giving me the 8 button option.

Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
In the game, the A button controls both Active Sprint and Use. However, in the keyboard, Active Sprint is controlled by the shift key while Use is controlled by the space bar.

Re: Need help re-using Xpadder
I think it was malfunctioning for a while or something because when I opened it this time, it started over with the "use this program at your own risk" thing, then when I opened my xbox controller layout it no longer asked me to save my "new controller". I did have a strange moment two days ago when...

Hi Have you taken a look at the walkthrough section here? http://xpadder.com/forum4/viewforum.php?f=7 Just choose the thread that best describes the spot you're stuck on and follow the instructions. Need help re-using Xpadder
Hi there, I once configured Xpadder for Mass Effect 2 and used it successfully with no complaints. However, it's now been ages since I used the program (or played a game). I'm now starting to game again and I was attempting to play Splinter Cell Blacklist on the PC thru Uplay. However, Ubisoft made ...

Re: Tutorial 4: How to create a profile
Nevermind, I realized you can't turn in mass effect when you're running straight ahead anyway. I do have another question though, it seems in Xpadder you can only assign 4 commands to the D pad on the controller. In "Batman: Arkham Asylum", thay have it set up so you can use all 6 directions from th...

Re: Tutorial 4: How to create a profile
Depends what you want. You can use the sets feature to make up to eight assignments per button. You switch between sets by clicking one of the numbered set buttons on the lower right of the main Xpadder window. Then you assign a button to select the set by right clicking the button and follow the "...

What if it's a button you need to hold? Can you make it so you don't have to keep holding it down and just tap it normally instead?
