Re: WORKS? iGUGU 8079015 Gamecore Wireless Gaming Pad
So long as the gamepad is recognized properly by Windows, it will work with Xpadder. The keys will not be usable by Xpadder however.

Re: output non-keyboard character
Outputting gamepad buttons would require the development of a new driver for Xpadder. This is beyond the scope of the program right now, I believe. I'm sure Jonathan will give you a better answer.

Xpadder should not cause any game crashes. (Unless the game can't handle some odd combination of inputs or something like that.)

Re: Logitech dual direct input / x input controllers and Xpadder
It's impossible to know without testing one of these controllers or reading some documentation, but I can say with a very high confidence level that when you switch input modes, the controller will be seen as a different controller by Windows. (And by Xpadder as well.)

Re: Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 - Analog Stick Not Recogni
There is a button near the vibration button that changes the Dpad and analog sticks positions so that they are reported by the driver as the opposite; the dpad as an analog stick and the analog stick as a dpad. Simply press this button to toggle that effect.

I think this is due to the fact USB cables can only supply 500mA while a battery charger can supply much more. Not sure, this is pretty off topic though.

Steam games function (almost) the same way the non-steam versions do, so you'll need to test it on a game-by-game basis. The reason the guide button isn't mappable is that Windows doesn't see the guide button as a normal button, it is reserved for special functions.

If the stick shows up in Windows as a controller, Xpadder can support it. If not, it probably will not be usable with Xpadder.

Is this happening without Xpadder or only when Xpadder is running. If it is happening without Xpadder, we can't help you very much, but you might want to check out the official web site for the game and see if you have the latest patch.

After starting up 5.6 without a controller plugged in, it showed that I had a controller plugged in even without one.
Then, I plugged in my controller, and suddenly had two controllers in Xpadder.

When I bought my Logitech Rumbledpad 2, I expected a lot more from the software that came with it. I was pretty disappointed until I found Xpadder. It is pretty much what I expected the Logitech software to be. Except with a happy controller face thing as well.

This is most likely caused by the game, because Xpadder doesn't give any different input to the game based on how far the Sticks are pushed. Have you tried disabling the controller support in the game and using Xpadder exclusively?

Re: my xpadder doesn't work in any games!
So, Xpadder is working in windows but not games?
If you're using Vista, you may need to run Xpadder with administrator privileges in order for it to send keyboard input to the game.
If that doesn't help, the game may use GameGuard or some other Anti-Hack software which blocks Xpadder's input.

Does the emulator in question change the window title when the game is changed? If so, the newest Beta version of Xpadder can change the profile automatically based on that.
If not, however, you'll have to use the much more difficult shortcut method.

What kind of problems are there? I have used Xpadder with Audiosurf and my Logitech controller. I didn't notice any obvious problems. It's very possible that I missed something, though.
