I'm getting exactly the same thing with Xpadder so will try to use the gamepad without Xpadder and see what happens. Did you ever resolve your issue?

I think that I have figured it out. This has to do with the Logitech Rumblepad more than the dual screen. Thanks for the response. That is probably what is causing the problem as I just upgraded to 5.6 and installed it in a subfolder in the program files directory.

I play World of Warcraft using a Logitech wireless Rumblepad 2 with Xpadder running and it works great.

I am able to cycle through a number of layouts depending on whether I am questing, in combat or in vehicle mode.

In short, I would highly recommend Xpadder if you want to use a gamepad with WoW.
