Hi, I have some further suggestions which worked for me. 1. Use JoyIds.exe to move a controller out of ID1 position. There are also other mouse options often in Windows - things like 'enhance pointer position' and you may also have some setting to 'smooth mouse' movement normally anyway - not sure of what option this could be. Another thought is VSYNC, maybe your computer's mouse is being affected by the graphics ...

Almost sounds like some sort of CPU/memory throttling. When the video opens the computer gets a higher cpu load request, and xpAdder gets the boost too. Try and disable any power settings on the laptop, set it to always be using full power regardless of workload. You may have these options in window...
