I apologize if this question has been asked and answered already.
I wish to use a wired Xbox 360 CONTROLLER and attached Xbox 360 Chatpad as a keyboard and mouse. This would be a similar type use as a Lenovo Mini wireless keyboard (excluding the wireless part). I wish to use this configuration for typical windows (XP) navigation, clicking on desktop icons, entering search terms on websites and browser navigation bars, etc.
Please advise if the Chatpad is at all supported for entering text in windows xp. I am not very concerned with PC gaming support. I do use the wired Xbox 360 controller with OnLive on this system. I simply wish to leave the controller connected and use it for regular windows navigation.

Thank you so very much for your prompt reply. I have one followup question:
"however the only thing is you may have to uninstall it whenever you need the controllers game support"
What do you mean by "controllers game support"? Do you mean when/if I use the Xbox 360 controller for PC gaming? If so, I ONLY ever use the Xbox 360 wired controller on this PC with OnLive.com
Does that make a difference?

it depends on if you need any xpadder mappings for it or not as xpadder wouldnt recognize it that way
