Pinscape controller buttons not registering

I have a virtual pinball and want to use xpadder for pinvol volume adjustments using flipper/Magna save/ start/ launch buttons etc. I’m using KL25z development board and when I go to set up new layout and add buttons xpadder does not register buttons as I press them. In xpadder settings debug-keyboard all buttons are functional with test enabled checkbox. Any ideas what is going on?

What is really weird that if I open pinscape config exe and go to test buttons I can map the flipper and Magna save. All other buttons no go

In the top-left of the Xpadder main window click the tab for the controller
This will display the raw data and provide access to the driver's test button
You will be able to see which parts of the controller are available to Xpadder

Thanks Jonathan, xpadder was not picking the buttons up. I beleive it was due to me mapping the buttons to the keyboard orginally but do not recall how I did that as was my first time setup. In the end I reinstalled the KL25z pinscape software and all works now as intended. Great software thanks.
