xpadder, windows XP and battlefield heroes
Battlefield heroes often freeze with xpadder active (on windows xp). Maybe i found a solution. If you have a multicore/multicpu (even logical only, with hyperthreading) set the affinity of xpadder to one cpu. Because the windows XP cpu scheduler is not so good, so xpadder keep jumping (while the game is running) from one cpu to another, then it's computations are slightly delayed and battlefield heroes don't understand the mouse input -> crash (or, in the better case, the input is not so smooth and sometimes there is a sort of lag).
