As in the title, I want to toggle a sequence that holds down a button and rapidly presses another, and pressing the toggle again releases all.
I don't suppose this is feasible?

Xpadder can only simulate key and mouse presses. It cannot simulate other button presses directly.
Can you give an example of the sequence you would like to be output using only letters?

Re: Looking to set up a "Hold button, rapidly tap another button" toggle
For example, holding down (A) on the keyboard and tapping the Left arrow key.
Sorry, I referred to the keystrokes as "buttons".

In the Advanced Assignments window for a button you can add:
Tap Time (light blue) 0.10s
A
Tap Time (light blue) 0.10s
A
Left arrow
Tap Time (light blue) 0.10s
A
This will hold the A button down for 0.30s with the left arrow held down for the middle 0.10s only
You will also need to use the Turbo option the repeatedly output this sequence.
With some testing it should be possible.
