What do you mean by frequent adjusting of keys made Dead Space crash? Please elaborate.

sorry about that. i used alt tab to switch from the game n xpadder till a point it "crashed"

This error in all likelyhood has nothing to do with Xpadder. Slinging back and forth between applications is an easy way for any game/application to crash.

exactly some publishers even mention it in the games readme txt

some developers of games even go as far as to disable the alt-tab function so you can't do this.
