Problems on Windows 7 regarding Multi Touch and Xpadder

I have as PC with a multi touch screen.
When I run the xpadder, the multi touch screen stop working.

The OS is windows 7

How can I solve this issue?

I am 100% unfamiliar with multi-touch screens. Anyone else have any sort of touch screen and does it affect Xpadder too?
