start blank profile when launching a game?

hi all,

been a happy xpadder fan forever. i'm looking to disable xpadder when specific games that are compatible with my controller natively are launched.

i created a "none" profile where everything is blank. is there anyway to load this "none" profile when double clicking on the game shortcut? also, anyway to load my standard profile once i quit the game?
