I have been working on one to make it work with the PC but I cant get the mouse look to work correctly with the other control stick.
Any help on this, I will be greatly thankful for.

Doesn't it work at all, or is something wrong about how it's working?
You can check if stick is working properly by clicking on the tool symbol near the stick (in the Xpadder main window) and then on "Settings".
Under "Status" you can see which input the stick gives when you move it. Does this match with how you are moving the stick?
