How do you set a Crouch and also Prone Positions on the xbox 360 controller???? (both being set to B button of course)

Click on the button you want to edit
click advanced in the bottom right corner
add the crouch key (in my case it was 'c')
click 'add hold zone'
then click add the prone key (in my case it was 'Ctrl[l])
click ok and save it.
