So I'm playing Mass Effect 1 on the pc using xpadder to use the 360 controller. The rumble bugs out at times.. from a mild rumble and a full powered one for no reason. Sometimes going to the esc menu resets it, other times I have to alt tab out of Mass Effect. Any ideas why it bugs like this?
Mass Effect 1 has no controller support, so I'm thinking it's something from xpadder. Does xpadder have a setting for the rumble?

Re: Mass Effect 1 PC - 360 Rumble
Have a look at this topic, Mass Effect may not have native controller support but there is this bug. However, the file that I have mentioned in this post will also block the rumble signal If it is coming from the game. Try it, installing it can definitely not hurt.
