FIFA 10 problems

I can't get all the Shoulder buttons to correpsond to the Xpadder settings. Also, I can't exit the game when Xpadder is running. I'm using Windows 7 32-bit.

Do you mean that the keys assigned to the shoulder buttons do not work?
