Intermittent Macro Timings

Hi,

Has anyone else encountered my problem of macro timings changing on a whim, and then spontaneously returning to how you wanted them to be?

I have V-sync enabled at 60 Hz. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but at 60 fps, I have 0.03s at 1.8 frames, and 0.02s at 1.2. I use TAP TIME 0.03s in lots of macros, which is then interpreted by most games as a 2-frame hold. But once in a while, that 0.03 causes a 3-frame hold, with 0.02 then becoming the required figure for a 2-frame hold. Have I explained this okay?

So it throws off longer macros based on 0.03 holds. These become about 33% longer than they should be. I've tried messing around with my USB ports in Device Manager, replugging and rebooting everything, and deleting Xpadder's config file. It's completely spontaneous, but there must be a reason for it, right? I run Tap Time at 0.01 for manual inputs, and I always end my macros with TAP TIME 0.01s to return to that.
