Thumbstick "clicking" with xbox 360 controller?

Hi, my buddy just bought Xpadder and I'm setting it up for him to play Call of Duty 4. I've got everything set correctly except I can't figure out how to enable clicking of the sticks. Ex. click left stick for sprint, right for melee.

How do I do this?

when setting up the controllers, at the button screen, press the stick and assign that button to a function.
