Can I use a keyboard and mouse but use xpadder to build macros and sequences?
I want to play with a keyboard and mouse but I want to use xpadder to program certain keyboard and mouse buttons to make 1 button sequences and macros. Is this possible?

No, Xpadder is made for game controllers only. Have a look at AutoHotkey, it doesn't have such a comfortable user interface as Xpadder but it does exactly what you want.
For mouse buttons only, I can also highly recommend X-Mouse Button Control. The interface is a little bit more comfortable than the one of AutoHotkey, but still not as much as Xapdder.
Perhaps PhraseExpress is also helping you with your problem. I use it in combination with Xpadder for typing/pasting phrases into the text chat of multiplayer games by pressing a gamepad button (which is then pressing a key combination). A really great program with a lot of functions and a nice user interface.
All program are free, but PhraseExpress only for non-commercial use.
