Just bought and installed Xpadder, created a profile, how do I link it or get it to function with PC version of COD

You don't have to do anything special to "link" the profile to the game. Once the profile is loaded in Xpadder its active. If it stops working when you start the game then its a UAC user elevation issue(PunkBuster requires elevated creditals). You will need to run Xpadder as administrator by right clicking the Xpadder icon in the notification area/system tray and choose "Close" from the menu. Next right click the xpadder.exe application file in Explorer and choose "Run as administrator...", click through the dialogs and restart the game. It should now be working.
