How to re-download Xpadder when email has changed ?

Dear Jonathan/All.

I bought Xpadder in 2011, and I still have the PayPal invoice, but I no longer have access to the email account used back then as I have changed internet provider in 2016.

How can I re-download Xpadder ?

Please send a message by email to jonathan@xpadder.com with all the necessary information including a snapshot of your PayPal invoice. Include your previous email that was used at the time of purchase. In the email let Jonathan know that the new email you're now using is e.g. xxx@yyymail.com

I wrote to Jonathan exactly as you outline with all documentation 4 days ago but have received no answer so far, so I am a bit stuck :cry: .

If you head to https://xpadder.com and enter your new email address you will receive a new "key" link.
There is a secure message system on your new key page where you can provide your original details and I can update your account.

I have sent you a message using the described way incl. old email, new email, PayPal date, and PayPal ID.
