Double control instead of one

Hi!

I have the following problem. In the menu of a game (Fifa 08), when I push button down, it goes down two spots, instead of only one. Probably, it takes one going down as if I push down key from keyboard + one from pushing gamepad.
What can I do to make it go down only one spot?

In all likelyhood Fifa 08 has some sort of native controller support (even if its only partial support). if it does have native controller support then the two are conflicting. To fix this your going to have to find a way to disable controller support. Try unplugging your controller, starting the game, once the game is fully started, plug your controller back in. That way the game won't see your controller when it first starts and doesn't enable gamepad support. This method works with most games.
