Hori Fighting Commander (2015 PS3/PS4/PC model)

This is the late-2015 Hori Fighting Commander that is compatible with PS3, PS4, and PC (via XInput). There are two possible shoulder button mappings, determined by a switch, so the shoulder buttons here are unspecific.
