Divine Divinity II (X360)

Post by kokett »

My first Profile:

- Like in the Xbox360 version of the game, LT is a modifier to enable usage of the quickslots whereas
the DPAD Directions are slots 1-4 and the buttons A B X Y are 5-8

- you need to bind quicksave to F5 and quickload to F8. Those functions are unbound by default.
Aside from that, I use the default Keybindings.

Left Stick: W S A D Movement
Right Stick: Mouse emulation.

Code: Select all

The profile shouldn't cause this. There has to be a setting for this in the options of the game.

I just got this game and was having the same problem as 54 with the camera resetting. Turns out that I have to turn my controller off when I start the game then everything works properly (turn the controller on when the menu is up). As a bonus I found the updated version of xpadder was released.

Yes, he was the first one here with that problem and you are the third one.
Disconnecting (or turning off) the controller while starting the game prevents the game from detecting the controller, so it will not interact directly with the game.

The strange part on that is, that the game doesn't even support controller. So actually it shouldn't be possible that the input of the controller directly causes anything in the game.
I have also tried to reproduce this problem with demo version of game, but the problem didn't occur there.
